Our meeting was a great success. Our Guest Speaker, Lynne Kaiser, Group Leader from Dallas, Texas, Regional Liasion talked about "Quality of Life. It was very moving and inspiring.
Lynne and I made up a gift basket to be raffled and all of the proceeds will be donated to the RLS Foundation in the name of Lake Havasu RLS Group. The gift basket was received very well from our members.
Lynne and myself will be writing a letter about this meeting and sending it into the the RLS Foundation along with our group picture. This letter will printed in our Nightwalkers Magazine.
Our next meeting will be Thursday, December 10, 2009 and I mentioned to our group to have another raffle which will be lotions and creams and the proceeds will go to the RLS Foundation in the name of Lake Havasu RLS Group. I asked my people to let me know if they want the money to go to research or education.
